NDC Capital Partners and Lexington Luxury Builders Joined for Lexington Park Development

A major leap in the Plano real estate market has taken place as NDC Capital Partners LLC announced yesterday a co-investment with the Lexington Luxury Builders for the development of 98 luxury town home units. The property, known as Lexington Park at Rice Field, is located in Plano, Texas. Lexington Park is situated in Historic Downtown Plano on the site of what was Plano's first high school football stadium.

Plano's Historic Thornton House to Open as City's African-American Museum

John Thornton, a former slave turned entrepreneur, bought the white frame house in 1909. He was one of the first African-Americans to buy property in Plano. He passed along some of it to his son Willis, born around 1882 and still known locally as Bud Thornton.
